FAQ

Send an email directly to me, Will Jones, at will.jones.d@gmail.com

I will let you know if your wedding date is still available. We can discuss your wedding over email or meet in person to see if we're a good fit. If you want to book me, let me know and I'll send you a contract to look over. When you book, a deposit of half the total cost will be due at least 30 days before the wedding date.

To get an idea of pricing, take a look at our services page. To see all of our pricing options, send me an email at will.jones.d@gmail.com. I'll gladly send you all of my current pricing options!

No, we don't book by hours because we like to try and stay the entire day. If you're planning on doing an exit at the end of the night we will stay for that. If you you aren't planning on doing that, we may leave an hour or so after dancing opens up. You can also tell us how long you'd like us to be there.

After signing the contract, I will reach out to you as the date approaches to set up a meeting. This usually happens around a month or so before you date once you have a majority of your details down. We will go over details and the general timeline of the day. I will talk to you a bit more specifically about how I work, which mainly entails following along your schedule. Our needs are very simple and do not require too much coordination with your other vendors. We simply show up when you need us there and film as much as we can.

When it comes to music, we license mostly from musicbed.com. As much as we'd like to include any song you'd like, we can't due to copyright. You can be as involved as you want to when it comes to music. We can send you some of the pieces we're thinking of using and get your feedback if you wish.

You will receive digital files of every video you order; the highlight along with any of the full portions you order. We will send them to you online for you download. We will also give you a Vimeo link that you can share online as well if you should need that. Your download link will be up for a year's time if you ever need to download them again.

How long will delivery take?

You will receive a video somewhere between 1 to 3 months. We aim to complete all videos in 6 weeks. In the summers, delivery times are pushed back to around 8 to 10 weeks due to the large amount of occurring weddings. We also want you to have your videos as soon as possible.

We do. When ordered, you will receive custom labeled discs. Music licensing can limit the amount of discs you can receive of each type of disc. We will let you know depending on the licenses you get with the video. Please note that DVDs are borderline obsolete and will be of a very low quality compared to the digital files or Blu Ray you may receive.

We are based in Colorado. We will travel to almost anywhere within the state. Locations 60 miles outside of Denver will require coverage for gas and may require booking a hotel. I will let you know if that's something I would need.
